What You Will Do
Early Morning Pick-up (Before Dawn):
Our driver will collect you from your hotel or riad in Marrakech in a comfortable 4x4 / van / minibus.
Arrival at the Launch Site:
Enjoy a warm Moroccan welcome with mint tea and coffee while you watch the balloons being prepared and inflated.
Take-Off at Sunrise:
Board your balloon basket and gently rise as the sun paints the sky. Float above the Marrakech desert, the palm groves, and the Atlas Mountains.
In-Flight Experience (40–60 minutes):
Classic: Shared basket with other travelers.
VIP: Private compartment and steward service with fresh juice.
Top VIP: Entire balloon exclusively for your group with fruits & juices on board.
Royal: Seated dining with a gourmet breakfast by Bacha Coffee, served in the air.
Landing & Celebration:

Yes. Safety is our top priority. All our flights are operated under the approval of the Moroccan Civil Aviation Authority (DGAC). Our pilots are fully licensed and highly experienced, and our equipment is regularly inspected. Weather conditions are carefully checked before every flight to ensure maximum safety
Most flights reach between 500 and 1,000 meters above the ground, depending on weather and wind. This is high enough to enjoy panoramic views of the Atlas Mountains, valleys, and Berber villages, but always within safe altitude limits
Comfortable, casual clothing is best. We recommend:

Since you’ll be standing during the flight, dress as if you were going for a light outdoor walk.
The flight itself lasts 40 to 60 minutes depending on conditions, but the full experience (pickup, flight, breakfast, return) takes about 3 to 4 hours
Flights are scheduled early in the morning, just after sunrise, when the winds are calm and the light is magical for photography. Pickup times vary with the season (usually between 5:30 am and 7:00 am).

Yes, but for safety reasons, children must be at least 6 years old and tall enough to see over the basket. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Safety comes first. If weather conditions are not suitable (too windy, rainy, etc.), the flight will be rescheduled or refunded.
